Reservations desk: Telephone: (631) 725 3535 Reservations are highly recommended for lunch and dinner. We start taking reservations at 9:00 am, one day prior to a desired date. (For example; Friday morning at 9:00am for Saturday dinner or lunch.) No exceptions are made, except for Hotel guests or for groups of more than eight (8) people. This is a very fair policy which allows all guests to make a reservation up to the last day. For groups of more than eight people, please call us in advance to discuss your planned dinner or luncheon. Our General Manager, Tom Allnoch, will be happy to discuss a set menu with you, because we do not offer an a la carte menu to groups of more than eight people. Call us today to reserve your table.
